HOW TO USE

Apply the matte shades with a fluffy eyeshadow brush to blend and build depth. For more detailed work, use a smaller precision brush. Apply the shimmer toppers with a flat eyeshadow brush for a soft, luminous finish, or use your fingertip to gently press the product onto the lid for maximum sparkle and color payoff.

For enhanced intensity and longer wear, apply the shimmer toppers over our Eyeshadow Base Glue (sold separately).
