Pigment and Loose Eyeshadow Base/Glue

DESCRIPTION

The base enhances the intensity and glow of any loose pigments (shimmer or glitter), while minimizing any fallout and prolonging the longevity of the product. It helps create a long-lasting glowing makeup effect that is waterproof and does not crease.

HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount on the lid. Follow with a shimmer eyeshadow, glitter or pigment using either your fingers or a brush. The formula is very efficient and fast-drying. A little goes a long way. By using tapping motions, you will intensify the pigment. By gently blending with a brush, you will create a softer wash of color. Remember to close the jar tight after every application to prevent the formula from drying out.
