DESCRIPTION
Finely-milled loose powder formula gives a unique glow effect. The tiny particles, created from the highest quality raw materials, are flattering to every skin tone and provide endless of placement options: the product can be applied as an eyeshadow, cheekbone highlight or chest glow.
HOW TO USE
It’s best to apply the product on top of our Pigment Base (sold separately) to avoid any fallout and ensure product longevity and color payoff. The product is very efficient and only a small amount is needed to cover a desired area.
