DESCRIPTION

This limited-edition glow bundle combines a finely-milled loose powder with a specialized adhesive base for an intense, long-lasting radiant finish. HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of the pigment base on the lid. Follow with a loose pigment using either your fingers or a brush. The formula is very efficient and fast-drying. A little goes a long way. By using tapping motions, you will intensify the pigment. By gently blending with a brush, you will create a softer wash of color. Remember to close the jar tight after every application to prevent the formula from drying out.
