Gel Eyeliner - Black Forest

DESCRIPTION

The multifunctional gel liner is designed for both creating a classic line on the eyelid and for adding color to the waterline. The liner is intensely pigmented, solidifies upon application and does not smudge, while providing a long-lasting effect. It works great as a color base for eyeshadows or even as a lip liner.

HOW TO USE

Dip your eyeliner brush into the pot and glide it across the desired area. Close the jar tight after application to prevent the eyeliner from drying out.
